Always In My Heart 12

“Hey, man. Move.” Rico pushed Prince aside to let the others enter. Prince tried to keep a straight face but seeing her face to face made him worried. ‘Hold on. She seems wobbly. Oh no, she’s gonna fall.’ Instinctively Prince catches her.

“Are you alright, Ro… I mean miss?” He flinched at his own slip out. ’Hope she’d didn’t noticed that.’ But when he looked at her face, he can’t seem to avoid staring at her big blue eyes. In his daze, he didn’t notice her hand touched his cheek. Once he came to his senses, he realized that Rose is smiling. A beautiful smile that he knew he can never forget.

“Thank you, An… er… Prince. Sorry. I don’t know why I feel light headed tonight. Maybe it’s because of all these excitement coming here meeting you guys.” Rose blushed while she explained. All Prince did was smile and that was enough for him to melt her heart. Andy’s smile. Prince helped her to the nearest couch.

“Rose, are you okay? You had us worried for a second there.” Tanya sat right next to her.

“Yeah, Rose. Why didn’t you tell us that you were sick? Christine handed her a glass of water.

“Sorry girls. I don’t know why I almost fainted.” Rose apologized.

“Now that you are okay, can we get on with our plans? Right, Prince?” Mona clings to his arm hoping to show her cuteness. The girls glared at her. The Blaze’s members looked at each other. Their expression suddenly changed devilish. Ah… hah. They found their next victim.

“You’re right miss…” Romeo made the first move. Giving his most charming smile, he unclasped her hand from Price and changed it to him.

“Erm… call me Mona. Just Mona.” She answered him. Totally unaware of the tricks that was going to be played on her.

“Okay, Mona. We, The Blaze, have a special treatment for you. From the moment I set my eyes on you, I know that you are THE one that gonna set the blaze in our hearts.” Too captivated by Romeo’s words, she absentmindedly followed him. Romeo led her to their dressing room. Benz on the other hand wasn’t too far behind.

 “If you excuse us girls, we have prepared a treat for her.” He winked at them.

Both Christine and Tanya were jealous but Rose knew better. She recognized Prince’s expression. The same kind when Andy was being mischievous. All the while she was watching him but as soon as he turned to her, she averted her eyes. Her hearts beats faster like never before. All too aware that he was coming towards her.

“Rose, are you really alright? Your face is red and you have a temp. Are you sure you don’t want to see a doctor?” With concerned he placed the back of his hand on her forehead. Immediately she avoided his touch. Placing both her hands on her cheek in the hope of trying to hide her blushing face.

“Erm.. I’m okay. I just need to go to the washroom. Would you mind telling me where it is?” A little hurt with her action, he pointed to the second door to the right of the dressing room. As soon as she’s in there, she washed her face. Trying to cool it down.

‘Get a grip Rose. He’s your childhood friend who happens to be your idol. He’s just the same old Andy. But why my heart fluttered every time I see him now just like… just like when we were young. Impossible. I thought I have overcome it.’

Da… da… dump… da… da… dump… The sound of drums thumping added with the rhythm of guitars and keyboard synchronizes together producing a wonderful music. Combining The Blaze's different but in a perfect pitch voices, a song was created together with lyrics that can reach into people’s heart. The dances choreographed by their own member, Benz, makes singing a lot more fun than it ever been. This is the reason why Prince joined this industry. With singing and dancing, it makes him forget this extraordinary fame and the tension that came with it.

“Thank you every one. Thank you again for coming. See you next time.” They ended their performance tonight with bow and a kiss to the adoring fans.

As soon as they went in backstage, all of them were relieved with tonight’s accomplishment. Yet another concert they were able to conquer successfully. “So guys, what’s on our schedule next?” asked Prince.

“After we change, there are four lucky fans that we’re going to entertain. He…He… He…” answered Benz while grinning devilishly to Romeo. It seems like both of them had already had a plan.

“What are you two planning?” Prince got curious and wanted to join them.

“Well, this time is going to be lighter trick than the last. I swear that you gonna loved it.” Explain Romeo.

“Care to enlighten us?” Rico pushed them to state their plans.

“Nope. This time you guys just sit back and relax. It’s our time to shine.” Benz’s eyes gleamed mischievously.   

“Fine. Don’t upset them too much” Feeling irritated, Prince went in first to change. As soon as he opened the door, he can’t believe his eyes. There standing in front of him was Rose. He froze....

Always In My Heart 10

[At last, I managed to finish another chapter. Phew... So here my story goes...]

“ Wow, whenever I went to their concert I’m amaze yet again. I just can’t get enough of them.” Said Rose.

“Yeah, totally awesome. So guys, ready to follow me?” With a wide smile and eyes fill with anticipation, Tanya dangles the backstage passes to us. Both of us, Christine and I, and also Mona tried so hard to suppress our excitement when Tanya handed it to us. However, we can only hold for a moment. All of us, including Mona who seems to achieve a temporary truce with us, shriek our excitement away. The girls around us are all green with envy because they knew why we were acting like that.

“Hey, guys… stop it. Let’s go quickly.” Christine who noticed the evil glances around us immediately dragged us to the backstage door.

“Hold it right there, girls. Where do you think you’re going?” The security guard, with a scary face, stopped us at the doorway. With a sweet smile, we presented to him our passes.

“Oh, alright then. Wait a bit.” He picked up his walkie-talkie and asked for the person in charge of taking us to see The Blaze. Ten minutes later, a spectacle man wearing a full suit, about 170 cm tall with a broad shoulder that looks like he’s been working out regularly approach us with a charming smile.

“Welcome, ladies. Good evening. I’m the manager of your favorite boy band The Blaze. You can call me Mr. Blake. I’ll be your escort this evening. If you’re ready, please follow me this way”

I noticed that Christine seems a little stunt when she saw him. “D… David?” I was shocked. Is he the one? The only man who had been in her heart for a very long time. He looked at Christine. For a moment there he seems to be taken aback. Almost immediately he shook his head and said, “Sorry, miss. I’m not David. I’m Daniel.” He held out his hand to her. She hesitated but still gave him her hand.

“Oh, sorry. N… Nice to meet you.” She tried to release her hand but Daniel hold on to her. “Nice to meet you too, Miss Christine” He smiles at Christine making her blush.

I felt sorry to interrupt the introduction but a lot more sorry for Christine. Clearing my throat I said, “Err.. Mr. Blake, when can we meet The Blaze?”Christine felt gratified for the save while Daniel seems amuse with her reaction.

“Okay, follow me if you please.” He led us to the end of the corridor, opened the door for us and asked us to wait for a while until they came. The waiting room he made us stay filled with modern theme furniture complete with a mini bar at the corner, a game area beside it and a set of black and silver sofas in the middle of the room. There are two doors on the right that appears to be the bathroom and a dressing room. The walls are covered with The Blaze’s posters from the beginning of their carriers until this recent concert.

“Hey, girls. Do you think that this is their personal dressing room? Cool, huh.” Everyone look as if they agree with my comment. Their eyes are in awed. Its like a dream that we can be here.

Knock… knock… The door opened. And there came The Blaze. The charmer, Rico, the cool Benz, the bad boy, Romeo and last but not least, the royal, Prince. All in one room with us. Oh no… I feel like I’m going to faint. Suddenly there is a strong arm that felt very familiar holding me.

“Are you okay, Ro… I mean miss?”

“I… I’m okay. Thank you.”

That’s odd. He looks familiar. Involuntarily, my hand touches his face. His nose, his lips and most importantly his eyes were the same. It was then I knew who he was. Someone who has been really close to me. At first I felt annoyed because he didn’t told his secret but in the end I felt happy because I’m the only girl who knew him. The real person behind the masked of Prince, The Blaze.

Jude Deveraux - Rememberance

Last night I read Jude Deveraux (JD) book called Rememberance. Its about a great love that last forever. Even I who still think that it is hard for us ordinary people to find or stumble upon our very own soul mate. Okashi ne, for me, a future writer to think this way. Its true because I am use to this kind of thinking. A logical thinking. For me, all the fantasies, the great love can only be found and created in the books. But this book makes me want to believe that somewhere out there, there is THE ONE for me and each everyone of you.

And through this book I also learn that being a writer is not easy. There is a lot research that I need to do before I can start create my own character. As a newbie in this industry, I need to explore many new depth of information that I could get my hands on. As for my AIMH story, don't worry.. I will not forget to finish it. I just need to find an interesting situation or feelings to convey. >_<

Anyway, for those who is a fan of JD... I'd say "JD rock!!". And those who never knew who JD is, I recommend you to read this, this wonderful book. I'm sure that you will be inspired.

Not The Story...

Still hasn't had the time to continue my story yet... Gomen ne...

Just want to tell that currently I'm reading Christina Dodd - Fortune Hunter Series... (for research of course)

The first book entitle "Trouble in High Heels" is really fun to read. Recommended to read it if you like romance stories. Of course it has Ecchi stuff but hey... it's the story that counts.
