Always In My Heart 2

“Hello Mrs. Campble. Is Andy done yet? We’re gonna be late for school.” Rose, a childhood friend of Andy since she moved in this neighborhood at her early age, had always been together with Andy ever since she saved him from being bullied by some boys in kinder garden. He always cried whenever he gets beaten by other boys. And every time that happen, she would always be there to help him… to comfort him.

“He’ll be down in a minute. Would you like to have a breakfast before you go? We're going to have toast today” she offers. Mrs. Campble, a mother of three boys, always looked her best in every occasion. She’s the only person in this neighborhood whose really indulged herself in the latest fashion. She used to be a model in her young age but she quited soon after she married Andy’s father, James Campble, who owned the famous entertainment company. Despite being almost 40-ish, she still has a figure of 20 year old. ‘I wonder if I'll manage to maintain great figure like her when I'm at her age’ Rose thought to herself. “Um… no thanks, Mrs. Campble. I’ve already eaten”.

All of a sudden, she felt something crawling on her back. At that moment she jumped on her feet and started screaming. “Whoa, relax. It’s just a fake spider. See.” Andy showed it to her. A rushed of blood ran through her face. Her eyes started gleaming with tears. She rushed out of the house feeling irritated. Stunned by her reactions, he began to regret what he just did. Skipping breakfast, he went for her to ask for forgiveness.

" Wait, Rose... Don't go! I'm sorry okay... Wait up!!"

She ignored him. He pleaded half way to their school but there's still no respond from her. He used his last resort... He grabbed her hand and knelt down his knee in the middle of the crowd.

"Please, my princess. I beg for thy forgiveness for I have done a grave sin upon thee. Please forgive me for the very last time so I can ease the great pain in my chest thinking about my sin upon thee, my beloved princess."

She blushed. Her heart thumping fast. Embarrassed with the eyes of the crowd she quickly forgave him.

"Okay, okay, I forgive you. Now, would you please get up. We're gonna be late if you stay like this."

Yes, his plan was a success. He grins at her mischievously. He went on with his act.

"Oh, thank you, my lovely princess. Thank you."

Chup.. He kissed her hand. In shock, she blushed. She tried to let go but he held her hand tight.

"Please, let... go... of... my... hand" she said in teary eyes

'Oh, no. She's gonna cry. I can't stand it when she cries.' Immediately he let her go and apologize in a normal way. This time she was the one smiling mischievously at him. Both of them laugh all the way. Upon reaching to her school gate, he dropped her off and went to his school on the opposite side of the road.

"Andy, wait a sec. Today you don't have to wait for me because I'll be going home with my friends. We're gonna see a live concert."

He nodded. He watched her went inside happily but he, himself felt sorry for lying to her. You see. Andy has a double life. He is a leader of a very famous boy band called The Blaze. His staged name is Prince who happened to be Rose favorite singer. No one knows the truth except for his family and his two best friends.

Always In My Heart 1

Andy was standing in front of full scale mirror making sure his appearance doesn’t give away his other self. He was wearing a white shirt; tuck in a dark blue slack, with a dark blue and white stripes tie and a dark blue coat. He comb his hair neatly, making sure his hair doesn’t stick out. He looks more like a geek. Why… It’s because he was living a double life. Satisfied with his nerdy look, he tried to find his spectacles.

"Now, where did I put those glasses?"

He went to his study room next door and tries to search on his messy desk. He had no choice but to clean up his desk along the way to find his glasses. At last he found it between two thick books.

"There it is. Thank god it’s not broken or anything. Or else I can't go out from this house."

Knock… Knock… An elderly woman stands at the door. She had this disapproving look on her face. “Why would you dress like that? Doesn’t working in the entertainment industry ever teach you anything? You know you’ve got a dashing image. All the girls would be on their knees begging you to be their boyfriend. Isn’t that great? Here let me help you with that?” As she was trying to reach for his hair, he back off a little bit.

“No, mum. Don’t try to change anything. I know what I’m doing. Just let me be.” Andy knows what a havoc his gonna cause to his neighborhood and would end up leaving far from here. He don’t want that when there is something very dear to him here.

“Well, suits yourself. By the way, Rose is here. She’s waiting for you in the kitchen. She said something about wanting you to accompany her tonight.” ‘Rose is here already. Got to hurry or she’ll find out who I am.’ “Ok, mum. I’ll be right there in a jiffy”
